Pricing Information

Below is the most current pricing information for courses featured on this site for 07/08 academic year.

Lifelong Learning Service

Registration Fee (per course only) (non returnable) £12.00

60 Hours (£1.50 per hour or pro rata)
Full fee (includes £12.00 non-returnable registration fee) £90.00
Payment can be split - £30 per term

Concessions
Learners in receipt of means tested benefit or who solely rely on a state pension may be entitled to a fee waiver (the registration fee of £12 is still payable). Please bring evidence with you when you enrol.

Free Courses
Please check with the Local Action Centre. Note: examination fees may be payable.

Payment of Fees

Fees are payable in full on enrolment, preferably by cheque (supported by a guarentee card) or by cash.
Please make cheques payable to the appropriate course provider.
Credit card payments can only be made at the main Neath and Afan Campus sites of Neath Port Talbot College.
All students should ensure they recieve a receipt for presenting to their tutor at the first session of their class
Installments: LLS Courses
For full fee payers it may be possible to pay in three equal instalments. This is only available to students following classes of three terms.

Examination Fees

Some courses will require payment of additional examination fees that are not included in the course fees. These include fees for OCR, City & Guilds, CACDP and WJEC exams. Fees for the registration and accreditation of Open College Network units may also be payable. Ask at enrolment.

Book & Study Materials

Students are responsible for purchasing their own books, stationary and any course materials required.
Students are also responsible for personal photocopying costs.
All Neath Port Talbot College and Lifelong Learning Service students are entitled to use the College Library and other services listed in the College Student Handbook.
