This page is intended to answer frequently asked questions on the new Learning Pool site.
I Already have an account with Learning Pool, will I need to re-register?No. Our new site is 100% compatible with the old login system. You may need to request further authorisation from your centre for some sections however.
We were forced to redevelop the site after discovering that it was easier to build the site from the bottom up than to get the original site to meet the government accessibility guidelines.
Sorry, no. Due to legal issues we have been requested to only allow access to users who can be validated. You can still browse and view the messageboards system.
You need to contact the centre administrator to ensure they have received the email. This feature is dependant on the email address we have on record for the learning centre. Please be sure to wait a couple of days before contacting the administrator, they are very busy!
You are able to reset your password using the forgot password page. We are unable to send you your original password as it is encrypted.
Contact us immediately and we will attempt to remedy this. Despite constant testing, occasionally something slips through the net. You can contact us on the "contact us" page.

More features are in development and should appear over the coming months. Don't forget, all your favourite features from the original site are still present. Have an explore via the menu on your left, but don't forget to register / login first; you could be missing out on the best features!
